The founder lived it. As an engineer looking for the next challenge, he faced the same frustration you do now. Recruiters didn’t understand the difference between firmware and software. They couldn’t talk through RTOS requirements. They offered noise instead of talent. That experience exposed a broken system that needed fixing.
