Electrical Engineer - URD/VESI
Job Location: Melbourne, Victoria
We’re working with an established engineering business seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer / Distribution Designer with a strong background in the URD/VESI space.
The role is suited to an engineer who can independently deliver distribution design work and has proven experience working to Victorian electricity distribution standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the URD/VESI space
- Proven work history in Powercor, Jemena, United Energy & Jemena distribution design standards, with examples of engineering designs completed for these distribution companies
- NER/RPEV accreditation, or at the very least working towards engineering certification
- Strong AS3000 design capabilities and a proven history completing AS3000 design
- Proven VESI Overhead design experience, with a history of working on Overhead distribution projects in the industry
What we're looking for:
Someone with genuine hands-on distribution design experience who can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level opportunity, and candidates will need to meet the above technical requirements as a minimum.
